Delivery Area

Your brunch package will be delivered by Swiss Post throughout Switzerland. We deliver Wednesday through Friday.

Delivery – When?

The package will be shipped via Swiss Post from Wednesday to Friday. As soon as your package
has been scanned by the post office, you will receive the tracking link in the order email. If you still
have questions, please contact us here.

Giftcard Order PDF

I ordered a PDF voucher but have not received it yet. We will send the PDF the moment you order the voucher. Please check your spam folder, sometimes the voucher ends up there. If your voucher cannot be found anywhere, contact us here.

Giftcard Order Hardcopy

I ordered a hardcopy voucher but have not received it yet. We send vouchers every day, which are delivered the next day be delivered by post. Please contact us here.

Giftcard Expired

Unfortunately my voucher recently expired. Could this be extended? Please contact us here.

Giftcard: Brunchbox not in the menu

I have a Gold or Platinum box, but I don’t see it in the menu. The Gold and Platinum boxes are no longer available.
You can determine the value of the voucher here and order accordingly.

Ordering – By when?

We deliver Wednesday through Friday. You can place your order with us at any time—but no later
than 8:00 p.m. and at least two days before the delivery date.
Delivery schedule:
Ordered by 8:00 p.m. on Monday: Delivery on Wednesday
Ordered by 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday: Delivery on Thursday
Ordered by 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday: Delivery on Friday
